A Nigerian man took to social media to declare that his next relationship this year will be sealed with a blood covenant with any girl that agrees to date him. This guy who tweets via the handle @5thDaviDs, warned that the girl he will eventually date, after entering into a blood covenant with him, will run mad if she breaks his heart. President Muhammadu Buhari has presented today a total of N8.612 billion estimated budget for 2018 in the joint session of the National Assembly. While presenting the budget labeled "Consolidation Budget", Buhari promised the Nigerians better days in the future.
